Our company is a Mom Owned® enterprise that selects and roasts coffee exclusively for confectionery. We combine our special Eating Roast® coffee with other ancient and widely adopted ingredients, like chocolate and sugar, to create truly unique and delectable coffee confections™.

Our Story

We really love developing tasty new combinations from these time tested ingredients, and we continue to be amazed at the number of people (even coffee drinkers) that have never tried coffee confections. What’s most gratifying are the looks on the faces of those indulging for the first time.

Our own frustration with the quality and inconsistency of available chocolate covered “espresso” beans finally drove us to make our own. After searching the globe, unsuccessfully, for the espresso plant, we knew we really had our work cut out for us. Our very first recipe, JAVAZ®, and our most recent, Java Rocks®, were inspired by the legendary coffee and cacao grown in the fertile soils surrounding the Java Sea. So, we designate a portion of our profits, and products, to assist this region which has been repeatedly devastated by hurricanes, earthquakes, eruptions, and mudslides.
